• The Process: This is your most "complete" therapeutic experience. We blend the athletic movements of Thai Yoga with the grounding heat of basalt stones.

• The Stretch: We move through a full series of deep, assisted stretches to create space in the joints.

• The Heat: Once the muscles are lengthened, I use heated stones to perform slow, gliding compressions along the energy lines. The heat penetrates the "thicker" muscle groups like the quads and lats, allowing for a level of relaxation that stretching alone cannot reach.

• The Finish: A meditative hot stone placement on the back and palms to ground your energy after the movement.
