History

In 2015, my life changed instantly. A severe accident left me with a broken left elbow and debilitating stiffness. My world became limited. I wore complex hinge braces and slings for a year. The stiffness spread, locking up my neck and shoulder. Simple tasks became impossible; I couldn't even touch my own head. This was my baseline: a constant struggle for limited mobility.

The Turning Point: Thai Massage

After conventional treatments plateaued, I discovered Traditional Thai Massage. It was my key to unlocking. This rhythmic, assisted stretching targeted the deep stiffness where nothing else could. The improvement wasn't just physical; it was a profound realization of the importance of this specific bodywork.

This photo as above shows my 'After.' It represents the moment I got my freedom back. The ability to fully extend my arms overhead without pain, to smile and breathe easy—this is what Traditional Thai Massage did for me. It gave me my life back.

I was so inspired that I changed my path. I went to school to become a therapist because I wanted to understand how to give this gift to others. Now, with CAMTC Certification and an advanced specialty certification from Thailand, I dedicate my career to helping you find that same freedom.
